Reaper will not load clipsort.log files- dialog box covered up

When I try to create a Reaper project by using the clipsort.log file the dialog box that asked if u want the ogg files merged is behind the reaper box. I think this went wrong in the past 6 month or so. The front Reaper box cannot be moved so Reaper is effectively locked up. You have to kill the app through Windows. The ogg dialog box needs to come to the front.

Hiya, on REAPER on the top menu click View, then if Always On Top is ticked, select it again to untick it, this might be putting the reaper window in front.
If this don't work then in same View menu item try show/view all floating windows (CTRL + ALT + DEL press together) or the other option there Cascade all floating windows.

The first item doesn't fix it. That just makes the Reaper app and all it's windows go to the top of all other apps. (So I can't maximize any open app that is minimized or open another app and see it) This issue is one reaper box blocking another.

The second and third suggestion didn't fix it either.

Interestingly enough when I ctrl+alt+del it flashes the hidden box just before I get the Task Manager.

Is it happening to you? Are you running the latest series of pre-releases or the main path Reapers?
