I invited a friend to here and he finished all and he could get on the mic but about the click 1.2.3.4...he gets delayed only 1beat.
he is using AISO with cubase.
he tried fixing buffer size on AISO but it still happenes..how can he fix it and which part should he re-check on setting?

It sounds like it could be a ASIO sharing problem, not all asio will allow 2 applications to use at them at one time.
He can use ReaRoute ASIO which can be installed when REAPER is installed.
He then sets REAPER to ASIO (his asio driver) then sets Cubase to ReaRoute ASIO.
Now he sets outputs to rearoute 1/2 then on Reaper he makes a track and sets input rearoute 1/2, this will pull in Cubase Audio.
If he want's to have Cubase Metronome on a Seperate ASIO strip that doesn't get broadcast to all other users then he sets in connections, Studio to rearoute 3/4 then make another track in REAPER and set its input to rearoute 3/4 but set this track to Monitor Only, restart reaper then he can hear it but no one else will.
