I need help configuring my Digi 002 on a G5 running OSX 10.5.8

I can get on, transmit and receive but only channel 1 works on both input and output. I would like to get stereo out and I would like to transmit on 2 or more channels. When I select the second channel and set the input to anything other than 1 I don't get signal and I only get the left side for playback. Has anyone found out why this happens with a digi 002 rack? or if there are any work arounds? fortunatly I have multiple G5 digi002 rigs so I can use both to transmit two channels but I'm still getting a mono mix from stereo users.

What's your software set up? How are your hardware ins/outs configured now?
Not everything can be fixed
Not everything can be fixed in pro tools. I'm running a G5 dual 2 GHZ with Gigs of ram, Digi 002 rack and using the Digi core audio. Ninjam config is HW 002 in and out. In the ninjam channel select I get 1 - 8 but only 1 works and I only get audio out of channel 1. there is no way to config the output channels. I wish I could assign specific outputs to received channels but I don't think that's an option. If I use the built in audio and not the digi 002 then I do get stereo but I have to use an optical input and external converter. I have played back stereo with that but not tried to transmit that way yet.
