Thanks for the jam

Bad vibes can kill a jam but when things work out it's great. I want to pause and say thanks for those I jammed with yesterday and today. Bassists' names seem easiest to remember (I'm a drummer: good bassists matter). So particular thanks to Arn_Anon (yesterday) and Fender_jb (today). Sometimes it's hard to catch people before they leave, too - so belated thanks to those who escaped without a comment!
(This is me trying to make sure I'm not too much of a git on ninjam, if I seem to be only moaning about levels and sticking to the click and stuff... :D)

And I want to thank you also
And I want to thank you also for rudely leaving yesterday with a shout "Your Too Loud"
I did come into the server you was in on your own to Jam with you, so thanks for that.

I don't hang around with anyone who's too loud. But, if I remember, it wasn't aimed at you. If you think you were too loud, though, turn it down :).

Yeah I was too loud a bit I think, loaded a setup I think was a tad too loud.
Ya only have to say its loud and most will try to fix it, some adjust local channel so I normally explain before hand that doesn't effect there volume to the server.
Some don't like to be told but most are ok, I'm ok when I'm told as sometimes it is too loud.
When I get a chance and remember I'll re-save me templates at the right level.

... I'd just come from a channel where someone turned up with some dreadful noise playing (I mean noise, like white noise or something). I said "Hi", they replied. I said "So are you going to join in?" No reply. Someone else joined and said "Hi". The guy gushing white noise replied. So I left that channel a little frayed around the edges...

...But how do you play with people, for people. Playing fast around the drums is one thing. But to play with people for others, to listen to, that's something else. That's a whole other world. -- Tony Williams
k m8, I had another name
k m8,
I had another name that day, not to fool m8s but people looking for setup help sometimes see my name and pounce on me and if I'm in a musical mood it can ruin that, else I don't mind helping.
Thanks pljones....My
Thanks pljones....My pleasure..

As long as they make sounds its great...
It's really up to the listners if it's good or not...
