I think it was the first MP3 player wristwatch ever made.
It held just 32Mb and each MP3 could only have a max bit-rate of 128Kbps.
It also was a REALLY big watch, like a scuba divers watch. I still have it actually.

This one holds 16GB and so far I have barely filled it halfway.
It also has a FM Radio, several watch faces to choose from and can even display photos and album art.
