YES! Ninjam needs a USB peripheral that physically prods the jammer in sync with the met. ;)
This is really cool. It would be fun to try something like this at audio frequencies. It could be some bizzare mechanical-additive synthesizer that affects the oscillator frequencies through physical coupling. Probably already been done.
Yeah it's the force, bit like the same physics used to study impacts and stuff and effects of gravity etc.
But its the force transferred through the base which pulls them together, that's why it's balanced on the tins,
the force becomes one almost as cheesy as that sounds. :)
This is why cars have impact bars, to absorb the force so it doesn't transfer to a person, cos enough force
could cause the end thing in the chain it moves through to just explode or buckle extremely.
If the planets do align on the 21st Dec 2012 then we will see these physics but on a bigger scale.
I'm selling tickets to the end of the world, and only exclusively to NINJAM users, who wants one? :)

haha, yes !
ooohh.....when nature shows
ooohh.....when nature shows us how little we know about everything......the best is yet to be discovered....
Very cool, what made you
Very cool, what made you think of that?
There has been some
There has been some metronome video posted here in the past. Could have been this one...

Soo.... do they stay sync'd
Soo.... do they stay sync'd if put back down..?
I think the syncing
I think the syncing works
regardless of the bpm set on the
metronome.
If you put it down they should all
return to the bpm they were set to.
(which probably isnt accurate enough
to keep them synched very long)
Aren't they all the same bpm
Aren't they all the same bpm but at different phases? We're seeing phase synchronization.
Laws of physics, don't ya
Laws of physics, don't ya just love it.

Heres another with bpm
Heres another with bpm question answered interesting stuff...
...and does this work with
...and does this work with other brands of cola drink..? ;)
